The participant is required to fill-up a Self-Assessment Checklist and Fitness Declaration Form (see Form A below), if he/she intends to attend the 1-day, 2-day, 3-day CERT course or CERT Refresher. This form must be submitted to COSEM 2 weeks before the course commencement date.

Lunch and tea breaks will be provided.

Capacity per class: minimum 10 participants and maximum 15 participants.

CERT Refresher Tier 3: Skill Training

• Extinguisher & Hose reel
• Breathing Apparatus Training
• CPR & AED
• Basic First Aid
• Casualty Evacuation
• Scenario Base Exercise
• Debrief

Admin Fee for Make-up Session for Partial Absent, Appeal & Re-assessment: $54.50

Miscellaneous Fees refer to any non-compulsory fees which the trainees pay only when applicable. Such fees are normally collected by COSEM SAFETY & SECURITY SERVICES PTE. LTD. when the need arises.
