Senior management staff who are appointment holder of SMC or SIC involved in the management of incidents in the company during an emergency.

Prerequisites

GCE 'N' Level Pass or WpLN Level 4 or equivalent.

Contents

• Interpret incident management approach and structure to a certain scope and severity of the emergency
• Utilise incident management areas and processes to Implement emergency response strategies
• Utilise appropriate communication methods when managing an incident to control all internal and external resources
• Control and maintain incident management process to access information on the status of the emergency

Mode Of Assessment

• Multiple Choice Question (MCQ)

A Statement of Attainment (SOA) will be awarded to successful participants.
No. of hours: 8 hours (1 hour: Assessment, 7 hours: classroom)

Other Information

• Basic knowledge on the use of computer is required.
• A computer or laptop with camera and audio (microphone & speakers) is required.
• Synchronous e-learning will be conducted using Zoom Video Conferencing platform.
• The camera must be turned on at all times, except during meals, for the purpose of verification and audit purposes.
• The entire E-Learning will be recorded and screenshots of the online classroom will be taken for verification and audit purposes.
• We strictly adhere to PDPA.
